I really like that it has nice well-guarded neighborhoods. Real estate prices are affordable, and you can do a lot of business here. Crime has decreased by 1% which is good because it makes it a safer place for everybody. I appreciate the police force always doing their job.

Their is a great diverse mixture of people especially in the metropolitan area. My street is mostly quiet but sometimes the streets can be busy. If you want to go shopping you'll have to take public transportation due to the crime. There was a nice Safeway around our house but they had to close it down unfortunately but they are building a new establishments which is nice.

If you want the heart of the country this is the place to go. There's many things to do especially at National Harbor and the Iverson Mall. Read Less
