A Town Filled with Theatres and Fun! User Rating 5 rating By Anonymous ( May 28, 2018) Highland is a small suburban town with an average of 10,200 residents. What I love about residing here are the arts and cultural centers, cost of housing and professional sports tournaments. The airline and bus service provided all through the city is extraordinary. The thing I d ...Read More o not like is the high crime rate. I would not recommend this area for a family wanting to start a living; however, it would be suitable for touring and vacationing.

Summers are exactly how I imagined it to be, terrific; the temperature never rises past 83 degrees. This is the perfect time for gardening, swimming, running and biking. The winters are cold and breezy with occasional snowfall; I have seen it drop as low to 19 degrees some Januaries.

Michigan is favorable for its theatres and museums. One of my favorite destinations is the Charles H. Wright Museum of African-American History and Fischer Theater. You will also love the many malls, theme parks, schools, libraries, learning centers and many more other exciting useful destinations Read Less
