NOT FOR EQUESTRIANS or for those who don't like to be bossed around by their HOA

rip about the homeowners' needs. The ONLY thing that matters in Hidden Hills is money. The HOA and city are hard at work figuring out how to squeeze more fees out of the homeowners all the time. And they have very strict guidelines for what they will allow a homeowner to do to their property (unless you have lots of money and then you can do whatever you want). If you attend and HOA meeting to try to voice your concern, they silence you and then tell you that you are belligerent. They even voted in a new rule that Homeowners can not speak during their meetings at all. If you do, you can be legally punished and banned from future meetings. It's disgusting. Consequently, there is a very high turnover rate in home sales. There is constant construction because the developers have figured out they can buy a ranch and build a wall to wall McMansion to sell for $15M. So Hidden Hills is quickly losing it character and open feeling. One home is built right next to the other now. They span from property line to property line, no matter how big the lot is. Do yourself a favor and move somewhere that isn't being mowed down and paved over.
