Southern Flair In The Midwest 3.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 23, 2018) I have visited the city of Hazel Crest, Illinois and I feel a little out of place. Most of the residents here are black. It seems like a very tight knit community. The Mid-Western vibe is mixed in with the southern vibe in this city. It is an interesting mix of diversity.

There are many forms of entertainment located withing all of the little cities in the area. Many family friendly venues are available as well as the local parks and different places that promote the community. Being in this city is a unique adventure with a unique dynamic.
