It used to be a nice livable urban area. That has changed in the last 10 year. Its now filled with drugs, prostitution and gang related activity. Taxes are high and city government poorly run. The schools are bad. The roads are worse . I was displaced by an arson fire over som ...Read More
eone else a drug debt. After my condo was remolded I sold it for the same $32,500 I paid for it in 1987. I said good riddance to City of Hartford and State of Conn.
