The 1930s Texan Theater is undergoing a multi-million dollar restoration which will accommodate dinner theater, live music and classic films. Our 1,700 seat Municipal Auditorium brings in musical performances ranging from the Dallas Symphony to country legends like Merle Haggard, Ronnie Milsap and Don Williams. Whether you're looking for a place in the country, a downtown loft or a modern subdivision, prices are lower in Greenville that the surrounding areas. Greenville is a great place to visit and a great place to live.
