You get anywhere you want to go within Greenville in less than 10 minutes. The big city of Dallas is less than an hour away. In our his ...Read More toric downtown, two new wineries and several new restaurants are moving our revitalization forward. Architecture ranges from Victorian-era to Art Deco. The 1930s Texan Theater is undergoing a multi-million dollar restoration which will accommodate dinner theater, live music and classic films. Our 1,700 seat Municipal Auditorium brings in musical performances ranging from the Dallas Symphony to country legends like Merle Haggard, Ronnie Milsap and Don Williams. Whether you're looking for a place in the country, a downtown loft or a modern subdivision, prices are lower in Greenville that the surrounding areas.
