Literally every line is wrong. Firstly, Greenville is beautiful especially downtown and Falls Park. It is identically modeled after Bergamo Italy, so Xander thinks Italy looks like trash apparently. The people in Greenville, overall mind their own business and are helpful. Greenv ...Read More
ille has exploded over the last 5 years in population, so yea there will be incidents time to time, just like literally any other city in the world. Its extremely family friendly and has live music in the streets 3 days a week in the warmer months! Sounds like a republican hellscape huh? I'm as liberal as you come and this city has never ever bothered that. Xander acts like racism, classism and every other ism doesn't or shouldn't exist in his eye shot. While i agree, i have never witnessed anything close to that in Greenville. Is this one person's opinion? absolutely, which is why I am not claiming this as gospel like Xander. Furman is a prestigious private university, it cost 52k a year, where as an Ivy league school is 60k. SO uhhh yea they act like they go to an ivy league school bc it basically is bud. Augusta rd is old money, big houses, shop and restaurants. so disturbing? like what are you talking about? I think you had a bad relationship in greenville and so the whole city can burn for it. funny they mention asheville as the model city LOL. my eyes rolled out of my head just now. Point is, Xander didn't like greenville but his review is complete trash. none of it is true whatsoever, which is why they have been down voted almost 100 times. goodbye

I must say. This city is the biggest, in the small state of SC. It has had an upgrade or makeover to fool you, asthetically. Just like the fake majority of people that occupy it. It is the center of the Bible Belt...in regards to the cult of Southern Baptist religion. Bob Jones U ...Read More
niversity for starters. Bob Jones the 3 was caught quoting in the past few years. "Gays should be stoned to death." The state ranks in lowest in education for starters. Amongst other horror statics it excels in the lowest. However, highest in double the nation to women dying to men. The small town mindset of people is a horror movie like, Deliverance. They stare and gossip with an old school slave mentality. They are big believers in their, ignorance and generational abuses passed down. The area people raved about was as if it were...Naperville, IL or Beverly Hills. The Augusta Road area...Which, is extremly disturbing. The schools like Furman. Graduates act like they attended an Ivy Leage. It's cheap to live there.Exactly, what your getting in qulaity of life. The racism, relgion, republican majority based, delusional thinking, extremly not cultured, or intelligent minded. Will make you feel in slaved to the day's of the witch trails, slave days, or delusional ego's as Hitler's. They have companies that chose the city. Due to cheap and avilable land. Also, convient in transporting and low overture cost. The only thing that kepy my sanity for the 4 months. Was the city of Asheville, NC. My friends and family kept assiting to visit me. However, I did not want them exposed to the majority of people living in it. My sister, brother and best friends made a suprise visit. It took them an hour by walking in the downtown to see the horror show. Everything that is wrong with our current state of America is made of this population. There are a few people I mean't that had to move back due to family, etc...That shared my common insight and had to deal with it for way longer. Also, other's new to the city as myself. We all had the same ultimate fix for it. To make the best of it by going to Atlanta, Asheville, and Nashville on the weekends. Kept us sane and then moved asap. Never, will I go back or recommend this city to anyone. Not even my worst enemy. For those friends I made that had to come back. They have the same plan and to find a resolution for taking care of family members. By moving them as well.

Miss living in Greenville everyday. There is so much good to say about this town. The location is perfect right off the edge of the blue ridge mtns and only a few hrs from the coast. The weather is ideal all 4 seasons, winters are short and summer is hot but not miserable. the fa ...Read More
ll is amazing ... taking a motorcycle ride up 25 and thru NC or TN is unbeatable. There are many parks for families or outdoor lovers. In terms of nightlife Greenville isnt the mecca but I had some good times down on Main St. Speaking of Main the town blocks it off on fridays and saturdays has big block party with plenty of bbq beer and music. Sunday mornings it becomes a farmers market until about noon. Didnt have a single problem with crime. In terms of shopping it has everything a person would ever need. ATL and charlotte are only 2 hrs away for larger concerts or sports events. Really my only complaint is the cost of living. I am really surprised to see such a low livability score and lack of reviews on here

ulture that reasonates throughout this region.
There are very many wonderful things about this region but by far it is the physical beauty of the region and the opportunities to play in the great outdoors that offer the most allure. When coupled with the friendly southern attitude of all that live there you are likely to be taken in by all the charm of this incredible South Carolina town. Not too far from Charlotte, NC you have incredible access to many of the larger events that don't make their way to a smaller town like this one.
Greenville, SC does have the BiLo Center where some incredible events do take place throughout the year. In addition to this they also have an incredible zoo. The Greenville Zoo is fun for the entire family and also offers a unique light display around the holidays as well.
A location that is filled with a lot of family and outdoor activities, Greenville, SC is by far one of the true gems of the South. It may not be the hub of major attractions but it is an excellent place to visit and an incredible place to live.
