Mayor TREVOR Listens!!!!~ 5 rating By Anonymous ( Dec 04, 2018) I had the worst experience in my life with the City of Granger this morning. I have never been late in 30 years if I could attach the 498 timely payments and never late it will show I obviously don't waste money on late fees, my credit is 843. I owned over 50 pieces of real est ...Read More ate, Commercial, and Apartments, plus many credit cards and line of credits. The City had no understanding of the mistake they made and I even showed the bill with the wrong address. Then I showed my daily mail from the USPS from the FREE service where they send emails of your mail. Neither mattered. The City didn't care. They wanted their $75 late fee no matter the situation. I nicely, yes nicely asked "if you had $10,000 to fix up the house what would you recommend?" Then the lady behind me as I stood at the counter "raised her voice and said we can't tell you nothing, it's not our job." I wasn't even talking to her as she rudely interrupted. Whether I get a credit or not, The Mayor was the most Professional person I have spoken with in Granger. Thank you Mayor Trevor for just listening. Read Less

Awful City Hall Service, Second highest TAX RATE in Williamson County 0.5 rating By Anonymous ( Dec 04, 2018) City of Granger is Awful. No Grace or Class, three ladies in City Hall are the rudest bunch of ladies ever. I owned a piece of crap house bought for an x wife Nanny. Stupid me being nice. Since 2006 it has been a nightmare. Only to TRY and fix it up, but City Hall could care less ...Read More . City Hall is Trash so they continue to suppress the city. I now know there is no interest in retiring in that City and the City has no interest in growing or bringing commerce or jobs to Granger. Advise to move to Taylor. Their second highest TAX RATE in Williamson County helps them treat residents like crap. The minimum monthly water bill is over $77.00, it is $30 in Hutto. City Halls feels the people owe them something. Pray I get out of this City. The Chief is great guy. Read Less
