If you were to ask most people where Gonzalez was located in Florida, they would have no idea. That is exactly how our residents like it, keeping all the tourists to the east or south of our little slice of heaven. Gonzalez is actually right next door to Pensacola, minus traffic ...Read More
and congestion.
Living is Gonzalez is about as peaceful as you could want, true southern living but so close to all the best white-sand beaches in the country. I love taking my family to Big Lagoon when they visit, then up the road to the National Aviation Museum. The Gulf of Mexico is spectacular in this part of Florida, and we rarely see any hurricanes during the year.
The best areas in Gonzalez for me are the seafood restaurants and other dining establishments. If you love shrimp and oysters, you will love everything about living on the panhandle. What more could you ask for? We have the best dining, shopping, and outdoor activities, anywhere in the state.
