Gonzales, Louisiana is an Awesome Place to Live! User Rating 4.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 28, 2018) I love living in Gonzales, Louisiana! I especially like the variety of foods we have here at the different restaurants and the shopping at small specialty store is a truly unique experience that I enjoy!

People here are really friendly. The City of Gonzales dog park by far is ...Read More the best attraction in town! I love taking my dog Blade there to play, exercise and have the opportunity to interact with other dogs. Another fun activity is taking the kids over to Jambalaya Park. They always have a great time when we spend the day there running and playing on the state of the art playground equipment.

The cost of living here is really quite reasonable and we have a lot of different jobs available in the manufacturing industry. We are also always looking for cashiers at the local market which is a good job for high school students or moms looking for something to do on the side or part time. Read Less
