Review Glen Carbon
A Sunny City of Joy
I adore living here, I moved here because I so love their parks. It is a large suburban city with an atmosphere that offers its residents affordable living. With that being said, the job market here is positive, the recent job growth has increased by 1.71% within the past year.
The weather is usually nice and sunny, with rare rain showers and thunderstorms. Winters are cold but not too cold, this city has produced up to 12 inches of snow.
The job market here is on the good foot, jobs have risen within the past year. The median salary is $69,200 and the average home value is $180,000. There is a host of museums, bars & clubs, wineries, spas, restaurants and theatres in the area. I love the Splash City Waterpark and the Fairmount Park in Collinsville.
If you are looking to live, tour or vacation where the weather is pleasant and comfortable and you love fun and outdoor activities, then this is also a great place for you.
