A ...Read More ll the beauty of the country with the amenities and quick access to city. Affordable housing although property taxes are one of the highest in the area. Mainly fastfood in city but very close to Pinecrest & other areas like Independence with multiple food options. Diverse community, with families living in harmony and supportive of one another. Major hospitals within 20 minutes & small hospital in Garfield Heights. Friendly neighbors & active & kind police force. One of Cleveland's best suburbs, a hidden gem for sure. High property taxes, subpar rec center are only downfalls. Read Less

I hope it's destroyed in some way. How do you have 1 inspector for the entire city? You will never prosper!! It took them 4 months to do an inspecti ...Read More on and then they did not send all of the paperwork which needed to be mailed back in it's original form. Then they want to charge you a bunch of money for absolutely nothing and expect you to comply. I do not understand how these people were chosen to run an entire city. It makes absolutely no sense.
