Friendship and Tracys Landing 4 rating By trackrat59 ( Aug 29, 2018) I'm not sure why this site lists Friendship, MD and not Tracys Landing, MD. Friendship is a small place with some farms and very few homes and people. It's a small, rural area that lasts a few blocks. Tracys Landing is the largest area near Friendship. The ratings here for Fri ...Read More endship seem way off to me. It's a really nice area on the western shore of the Chesapeake Bay. There are many fun towns very close. There's North Beach, Chesapeake Beach, and Deale to name a few. These are all fun, small towns with shops and dining opportunities. The local high school, Southern High is ranked well within the county and people always have good things to say about the school. Housing is extremely diverse. All within a few miles you can find farms, town homes, water front property, beach cottages and regular neighborhoods. There is good affordable housing in this area. It's close to Washington DC. The local shopping area is Dunkirk, MD. It's about a 10 minute drive and you can find any type of store you need. Annapolis Mall is the closest mall which is about a 30 minute drive. I really love it here. It's quiet, cozy and beautiful being so close to the water. I've lived her for 3 years. Read Less
