Small Town Living 3.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 23, 2018) I like the city of Forrest City, Arkansas. This city is a smaller city, but the community atmosphere is great. This city is mainly made up of a black and African population. By looking at this city in first glance i thought it was a run down city.

There is not a lot of wealth ...Read More in this city and I noticed that most people are not making that high of an income living here. While the white race is more of a minority, they are actually holding a stronger grip on the income for the city.

I like that there is a movie theater here in the city as well as multiple parks. It is a quiet city that sits close to the larger city. Restaurants in this little town are very local but they take on a unique flair to keep things interesting. Community and friendship is important here and there are many commuters to the bigger city of Memphis that sits close. Read Less
