looking to work and not have a long commute, this is a great place to look. The schools are excellent and many different sports and activities to take part in.
Farmington is the home of the Dakota County Fair so you don’t have to travel far to experience the fair or their annual Farmington Dew Days. A walk down their 3rd Street really showcases the love the city has for their local businesses. You can have an affordable steak dinner at Farmington Steak House, buy a dozen donuts from Farmington Cakery, or have your teeth cleaned at Immanuel Dental. There are many parks and walking trails, including our own “rambling river”.
