Close to St.Louis (5 minutes to Arch) and everything major city had yet complete small town feel. Very affordable housing... as if a house ever goes on market. School rating here is wrong. Village managed to get into Collinsville School District and the small private school close ...Read More
d years ago. Dedicated leadership and community creates superior sense of place. Library won international award in 2017 for community/library interaction. Blossoming dining scene, located on old route 66 and adjacent to Cahokia Mounds State Park, a U.N. world heritage site thus guaranteeing green space instead of strip malls. White tail deer abound.
