The Center of the Sunshine State! 4.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 10, 2018) I never thought living in the center of the Sunshine State would put me in Eustis, Florida, but I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. The best areas in Eustis have to be the attractions. Tucked away in my little neighborhood, you would never know that I am minutes from SeaWorld, Disney, Universal Studios, not to mention Legoland, go-kart tracks, and plenty of golf courses. Whether you have kids or not, there is something to do every day of the year here in Eustis.

If I want to disappear during peak tourist season, I can head one hour to the east and visit Daytona Beach, Saint Augustine, or Cape Canaveral. One hour to the west and I am in Sarasota, Tampa, or Clearwater. Beaches on both coasts are considered the best in the world. Read Less
