Smelly City 1.5 rating By Cindra ( Jul 06, 2014) Town smells like rotten eggs and a bad nite of beans. Too many sexual registered predators, in town. Nothing to do. Fallout from the nuclear testing from Nevada in the 50-60's. Lot's of people with Cancer from it. Stay out of Kuna that's where all the Prison's are then th ...Read More e relative move closer to them. Also there is a large prison in Ontario, Oregon not far away. Lot's of gangs in Nampa and Caldwell, homeless, bums, burnouts. If you want to get away from it all go to the Whitaho part The upper Panhanlde Sandpoint, Kellogg they know how to handle their own.
