The city is located in Contra Costa County. El Sobrante is in close proximity to San Francisco and Berkeley. The town has moderate employment opportunities and housing is very fair for t ...Read More he area. Education initiatives are somewhat lacking, but the schools are equipped with caring professionals that strive to make a difference. The community officials deter crime from the area by ensuring safety. The area is economically steep, but the weather here is the best, all year round.

Some of the best areas in El Sobrante CDP (Contra Costa County) California surround The California Citrus State, Historic Park. this area is has a unique spectrum of beautification. There are winding paths, hills, and valleys all throughout. The span of gorgeous green terrain goes on for miles. This is one of my favorite attractions in the area. I also like the fact that my family and I can take a short trip to San Francisco to take in more culture. Read Less
