El Segundo - Airplanes, Golf, and Ice Hockey! 4 rating By Anonymous ( May 10, 2018) I have lived near El Segundo for my entire life and know all the things that a tourist or new resident would want to know about the city. El Segundo is right next to the Los Angeles Airport and there will be a lot of air traffic constantly flowing in and out of the area.

There ...Read More are a lot of great bike paths to enjoy as well as a great golf-course with driving range on Sepulveda Blvd. In addition, the Toyota Sports Center is an ice-rink in El Segundo that offers public skating, hockey leagues, and figure skating. In addition, the LA Kings NHL team practices before their professional games.

My favorite thing about El Segundo is the community and atmosphere of the city. There is very little crime, and the school districts are very respected in the region. I often play golf in El Segundo and always look forward to getting back to El Segundo, and usually enjoy eating at one of its finest restaurants after a round of golf. Read Less
