The upcoming Costco development nearby is a huge plus and should continue bringing growth and convenience to the area over the next few years. The neighborhood itself feels safe, established, and community-focused, with parks, schools, walking trails, and plenty of families around.
It’s a good balance between affordability, accessibility, and long-term potential, especially for families looking for a calmer area with strong amenities nearby.
