The Best Region in the Entire Tri-State Area User Rating 4.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 28, 2018) My job in Camden has me right on the Delaware River and minutes from Philadelphia, but I found the best place to call home in Echelon. This little-known city in New Jersey is east of Camden, but far enough away that it still has that rural feel to it. Only minutes from the Wharto ...Read More n State Forest, this is what you envision when you live in a place called the Garden State.

Living in Echelon is paradise for me because I am an hour from Delaware, Pennsylvania, New York, or Connecticut. I can jump on the Garden State Parkway and visit the quiet white-sand beaches of Ocean City, or drive a few miles north and eat at the best restaurants in Atlantic City.

Unlike the bigger cities with congestion on every block, the best areas in Echelon are spread over the miles so you actually have some breathing room. My community is safe, the shopping is abundant in every direction, and weather here is excellent most of the year. Read Less
