Located in East Massapequa is the Sunrise mall which has a wide range of stores and restaurants to choose from. There are also many store on Merrick and Sunrise Highway, and easy accessibility to highways and public transportation including the Long Island Railroad.

All of this makes East Massapequa a good option for those looking to locate to an affordable and tight community. While there aren’t many jobs in East Massapequa, there are plenty in Manhattan and it is a quick train ride away. East Massapequa is in many ways a commuting paradise and well worth a view if you are looking for an affordable enclave in Long Island. Read Less
