User Rating 0.5 rating By Anonymous ( Oct 05, 2019) I have to say that living in the Grand forks North Dakota / East Grand forks Minnesota area has got to be the worst place a person could possibly reside. there are barely any stores this whole place is a monopoly between Hugo's Simonson's and Walmart and that is it we have nothin ...Read More g to do here that is why so many crimes are being committed and so many people have left the area because there is nothing absolutely nothing to do in this town and it will never change so as soon as I can move I'm getting the heck out of here. I would never visit these two towns if I was paid to do so because they both stink. Read Less
