Best kept secret User Rating 4 rating By notsobad ( Apr 04, 2013) Desert Hot Springs is simply not as bad as many think. We've been there two years with no issues or problem. Recently we have had a couple security cameras stolen from our house but the thief was just a young punk and he was so incompetent we have a full, clear picture of his fac ...Read More e which we have passed along to the police. Being right by the mountains is awesome. We do not regret buying there. Would like to see more restaurants and shopping but slowly new developments are being completed. Love seeing all the police.
