Living in Derby is an interesting experience. We are known as the smallest city in the state, and the name is fitting. We have all the amenities that you'd see in a city, but all the community tightness that you would expect to see in a small town with hardly more than a grocery store. We have a lot of history behind us as well. My personal favorite to learn about was Charlton Comics, that closed down shortly after I was born. I've often wished it has still been open during my love affair with comics back in my teenage years.

The best areas in Derby to wind down after a long day at work are the amazing restaurants. We have the Twisted Vine, which is a bank turned into an eatery with delicious Italian food in classy surroundings. Another great place to get Italian is Amici's, a quaint brick building with food to die for, served at classy tables by expert staff.
