One of the best areas in Kentucky to make your home is in Danville. My family has been living in Danville since before I was born and I have loved it here all my life. The crime rate has always been low and even in these days, it stays low. People here have a real respect for one ...Read More
another, which is rare nowadays. Our schools are pretty good. We don't have an outrageous dropout rate, and we usually have a pretty decent sized graduating class every year. The houses are nice and range from smaller homes to larger, fancier homes, some of which are restored historical houses. Jobs are easy to find here, and the weather is pretty good most of the time.
For fun, we have the Great American Dollhouse Museum, which is one of my personal favorite attractions. We also have the Norton Center for The Arts, and the Kentucky State BBQ festival every September, which brings people from all over the country. I highly recommend this lovely little spot to anyone looking for a great place to live.
