Dana Point, CA is a Great Beach Town User Rating 4.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 14, 2018) Dana Point, CA is the place I want to live. Nestled by the sea, Dana Point is all about surfing, beaches and its port. Dana Point is the only site in Orange County that is open to the beach, and it is the site where tours embark to Catalina Island.

...Read More lovely cottages by the beach. It is the location for the Dana Point Grand Prix race each year. We have an active harbor that provides many jobs and miles of hiking near the beach. Data Point was featured in famous novel, Two Years Before the Mast by Richard Dana, and the craft associated with this journey, Pilgrim, is ported in Data Point Harbor.

Dana Point is next to San Juan Capistrano, CA. Each year there is a big festival when the swallows return to the mission each spring. Dana Point also features several art fairs, concerts, and movies on the beach during the summer and fall. Many friends find this very romantic. Read Less
