Cockrell Hill has not always been this way, but I have to drive through it every day to get home and it has to be one of the dirtiest cities in Texas. There are always piles of garbage all along Jefferson, in front of homes, in the medians and dumped along the side. People con ...Read More
stantly have yard sales and pile up the trash on a weekly basis. Litter is everywhere with lots of old tires, mattresses, etc., all over the place. The streets have large potholes, drivers are very unpredictable and the police stay busy with crimes, traffic and an inordinate amount of accidents. The police must stay very busy, but the city management and code enforcement are very lacking from the looks of it.
