Cullman, AL : A Decent Place To Live For A Little While User Rating 3.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 16, 2018) I can recommend living in Cullman temporarily, but I really can't see living here long-term. Cullman is located between Birmingham and Huntsville, so if you don't mind doing some driving you will find a bit more to do. Housing here isn't the greatest. What is available isn't in t ...Read More he best condition. Same with the job market in the area. Of course if you don't mind the drive to one of the bigger metropolises there are more jobs to be found. Unfortunately there's a pretty significant rate of crime here, and it only seems to be getting worse. The weather is ok for the most part. It's a nice enough area as far as scenery and not being too crowded.

For entertainment there's A Touch of German which has imported foods and toys, the Harmony Park Safari in Huntsville where you can pet some really great animals and hear little-known facts about them, and you can visit the U.S. Space and Rocket Center and check out some awesome exhibits. Anything more you will have to do some driving to find. Read Less
