Nice neighborhood... BEWARE HOA! User Rating 3 rating By 17yrCrosspointe ( Apr 14, 2015) So my family has been living in Crosspointe for 17 years now... The neighborhood is big, clean, lots of families and nice people (usually military/government families.) The pools are pretty well kept, through a third party company. I worked in them for 3 or 4 years when I was sti ...Read More ll in high school. It was the best! And then you get older... and you see that it all comes at a cost. The Homeowner's Association is something to be rethought. When you're a kid, all you see is "okay, no trash, water's clean, etc." It's nice. Later on, you want to stay in the neighborhood because it was so wonderful growing up. You own the house later and find that every month the fees for living in the area are skyrocketing, the HOA nitpicks on the smallest possible things (and threaten to take you into their little court if you don't comply) and get mad when you question why they aren't the ones to paint the curbs! It's a nice place to live IF you have the money (or dual income) to throw into all of the trivial crap that needs to be done before you get fined something like $1200 or get your owner privileges taken away.
