Witness to theft of my property/ Police harrass witnesses 1 rating By Anonymous ( Oct 07, 2021) The statistics on crime in Corrales is not to be depended upon. The Corrales Comment report in October 2015 that there were 60 thefts with witness and fingerprints that were not investigate. Irate victims demanded meeting with Administration. Given a CLOSED MEETING when OPEN MEET ...Read More ING INDICATED. City Counselor made decisions upon her "liking Police Chief a lot". Not a good basis as likley more victims who would have come forward, like myself. I a victim of huge loss, told police during report, but left out of report, and investigation closed next day. Chief has tried three times to get a court order for mental competency evaluation giving reason, "She imagined her coins were stolen", when no complaint of the thieves I witnessed leaving my property. He has tried three times, even going outside of his jurisdiction to another state to get an ex parte meeting with a judge to try to force me to get evaluation when issue had nothing to do with Corrales and then lived in Florida, 2700 miles away. Attorney General complaint has been not investigated although
sent to city Attorney and after two years said to return letter for him to investigate back to A.G. There is an outside agency that they will not disclose who investigates complaints against police but that info being blocked. Chief is partial toward thieves, protects them from exposure and prosecution.
Have even had an attempt made to cause highway accident. This situation tolerated by administration although brought to their attention. Report of previous Administrator states found with burglary tools in car and $2500 stolen property in his car, plus numerous other related crimes.
Court record on searches being repressed. This is a very serious situation that needs investigation by FBI as automatic weapons and other police equipment stolen from two unlocked police cars was not investigated and Sheriff said could not investigate unless invited by Corrales Police Chief, who does not investigate or record crimes. Attempted break ins are not reported. Witnesses being labeled, ex parte orders been granted, and witnesses/victims essentially kidnapped to psych units. to protect theft ring that operates within this Village.
Demand audit by outside agency of reports made to Dispatch and then to follow through the Corrales Police Department records to determine the action taken of each and very theft and vandalism report from Sandoval Dispatch. Small department is prevented from investigating animal rape, has no policy, tolerated. This outlaw running of Community Police Department is criminal and needs proper investigation. Witnesses harassed and threatened. Data reported by Corrales Police Department is not reliable. Community meeting is indicated. Attempt made on my life and threats made to slander my name made by owner of local paper who does not share information he gains from meetings he covers in his paper. Read Less
