Cornelius, NC Is A Dream 5 rating By Anonymous ( May 14, 2018) This is one of the most beautiful areas in not just North Carolina, but all of the South. Many people think of hoop dresses, plantations, columns, and forest pavilions when they think of Southern architecture, but Cornelius is something else entirely.

Living in Cornelius, NC is ...Read More like embracing nature itself while holding the greatest achievements of mankind's grace on your shoulders. Sound pretentious? Well, it's not pretentious enough.

The city sits on Lake Norman with a landmass that dances over the water like graceful fingers playing against Neptune's piano. Beautiful homes, dazzling lights of summer warmth, and all of it embracing the greenery that the South is known for. It's like living in some kind of futuristic Southern paradise.

The best areas in Cornelius, NC are Jetton Park, the Davidson College area, and every piece of waterfront that the area has to offer.

I have no complaints about Cornelius as a wonder of city building or as a community. I'm cost-conscious, so the only real complaint would be the price. That said, to bring down the cost at all would make me wonder what's wrong with the area if anything.

If you want to live like a wealthy Elven prince in a fantasy world that touches reality for just a brief moment, you have to live in Cornelius. I'd trade mansions in California for this. Read Less
