Aside from the gorgeous natural elements, the neighborhood is respected due to it's overall impressive demographics across all categories. The city is recognized as one of the safest in its entire region. Crime rates are extremely low and the community seems extremely friendly and welcoming. I believe the school districts are above average and offer a safe learning environment for their students.

This neighborhood could be considered relatively expensive, but with the amenities, safety, schools, and gorgeous views of the mountains, it is quite worth the price. The ocean is less than an hour away and there are some great beaches within driving distance. The weather is gorgeous and the neighborhood offers great values to all types of families. Read Less
