The cost of living is affordable with home cost averaging to $177,400. Airline and bus transportation service offered throughout the city. Summers here are extremely fun our highs in July are around 84 degrees and our lows in January are 18. From time to time, we get scattered showers or thunderstorms. Nevertheless we only get about 33 inches of rain per year.

When it comes to fun things to do Clawson has it all, from zoos, aquariums, historical museums, AMC movie theater and many other exciting destinations. You may also love the nearby amenities such as Granite Food and Brewery, Star Jaycee Park, Burn Fitness Gym in Clawson, Mark Twain Dog Park and many other exciting destinations that many enjoy.
