Chanhassen, MN: A Stable Small City User Rating 3.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 10, 2018) I have been living in Chanhassen for a while and it's a cozy little city to live in. The local schools are pretty good which makes it an ideal choice if you have children. The city itself is reasonably priced too, as far as real estate and general cost of living go. There are som ...Read More e more affluent neighborhoods too.

What Chanhassen lacks in is job opportunities and places to shop. It's not bad if you choose to commute to Minneapolis, and you'll probably have to do a bit of driving to do your shopping too. Rice Marsh Lake Park is the biggest park in town and definitely the best area in Chanhassen. I go there often with my dog and a lot of people use it for exercise or just enjoying the outdoors.

If you're looking to move to a place that can provide you with a busy lifestyle, Chanhassen isn't for you. It's a cozy small town where people like to have a relaxing day. Read Less
