My family loves Central Point, OR. Very nice, small town feel. Nice parks & neighborhoods, great for families. The downside? The Rogue Valley is like a bowl and it gets fogged in in winter and in the summer there are a lot of wildfires nearby and the smoke comes into the vall ...Read More
ey. Overall, very nice weather though, it only snows one or two days/per year, lots of sun in summer. There are lots of places to camp nearby, the Oregon Coast is 3 hrs away, Crater Lake Ntl Park, skiing, hiking, mountain lakes for swimming, fishing and hunting are all close by.
