When I was twenty years old I lived in Cedar Park, Texas. I lived there for two years. Cedar Park is a small city, neighboring the town of Round Rock, and runs through route 183A.
The city has a great center that is used as a hockey arena and more. I also enjoyed making use of the Shady Oaks Gun Range. It both places it was a feeling of welcome and the employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. This also went for most places in the area. Over all most of the people in the Cedar Park were very friendly and truly cared about the communities.
The only thing that I truly disliked about living in Cedar Park was I could never decide where I wanted to go for a night out. The night life really gave you a big variety of great choices, weather it be bars or restaurants or any thing else you feel like doing. My top two favorite places to go were the Sunset Bar and Grill, which was great original Korean style food and the Spotlight Karaoke Bar, which was more fired food and party than a sit down dinner. They both provided a great, fun environment. They made it easy to sit back, enjoy good food and even have a drink while doing it.
Don't get the wrong impression of this area. Over all Cedar Park was a great place to live. It is all fun and friendly. All though, t is also very clean and a very family oriented place. I also loved that they gave me many choices and a variety of good reliable jobs and it was also moderately affordable.
