Cedar Falls - Safer than Waterloo 3.5 rating By Anonymous ( Apr 26, 2018) For years I lived in Waterloo. I work at John Deere Engine Works, and it was nice not having to drive so far to work. When I house came up for sale in Cedar Falls, however, I jumped on it. The drive isn't terrible, and living in Cedar Falls feels so safe and secure. The community ...Read More is pretty good and shopping isn't terrible. Mostly I love the peace of mind that living in Cedar Falls provides, and when my toddler is old enough to enter school, I'm sure that I'll appreciate the better school system.

The best places to eat in Cedar Falls are Whiskey Roads if you're looking for some amazing drinks or Noble Oaks if you're in the mood for some great BBQ and a tasty dessert afterwards. We also have a variety of Mexican options. My favorite is Los Cabos, great for the entire family. If you look hard enough, I think we even have sushi. Read Less
