Carrollwood, Florida: A Beautiful Florida Getaway 4 rating By Anonymous ( May 14, 2018) I've been living in Carrollwood for a while now after moving here from Tampa. So far, I'm happy with the choice I made. Carrollwood is a very friendly little city with a surprising number of things to do.

It's a little bit more expensive to rent an apartment here compared to most places in the state, but I don't mind it at all since the jobs here pay pretty well. If you're looking for a decent job, you will probably like it here.

For me, the best area of the city is the Main Street Shopping Center which is a pretty lively part of town. Since the weather is always comfortable, even in the winter, there is always something to do downtown. There's a lot of different restaurants, cafes, and bars to visit too, so you'll always have a new place to check out. Read Less
