It’s considered a mid‑ring, established area, mor ...Read More e affordable and spacious than inner‑city communities, with mature trees, parks (including off‑leash areas), and well-serviced amenities. The housing stock is largely 1,000–1,250 sq ft bungalows on 50'×100' lots, and the area is seeing increasing turnover to young families along with some gradual infill and gentrification. We've seen lots of new businesses entering the area as it becomes denser. Read Less
