e affordable and spacious than inner‑city communities, with mature trees, parks (including off‑leash areas), and well-serviced amenities. The housing stock is largely 1,000–1,250 sq ft bungalows on 50'×100' lots, and the area is seeing increasing turnover to young families along with some gradual infill and gentrification. We've seen lots of new businesses entering the area as it becomes denser.
