Forest Lawn is a gentrifying community User Rating 4.5 rating By Anonymous ( Sep 06, 2025) Despite Forest Lawn's bad reputation in Calgary, it's honestly really chill. I used to live in Forest Lawn in 2018ish. I was like 12 when I lived there, and I never had any issues with safety, even afterdark.

I don't know why the crime rate is listed as so high by AreaVibes, the Calgary Police Department lists it's 2024 crime rate as 5.5/100~, and it's 2025 crime rate as 3.1/100~. I'm assuming it might have to do with it's historic crime rate, but I don't know Read Less
