Living in Burbank, it’s easy to meet people because of how close knit the people are. Everyone is friendly and often will greet you with a smile. It’s a small town with big personally, thought, perhaps no different than any other small town. Being outside th e big city, it’s a wonderful place to lay low.

I enjoy going on walks more, since everything is mostly within walking distance. There are a lot of community events around time, which helps in meeting people. I would recommend this close-knit town to anyone seeking a robust community and Hugo’s rated schools. It’s a great pace to raise a family.

Outside of the people and the community, there’s not much crime and the nightlife for a small town isn’t half bad. They’ve started to build half-million dollar homes in town, but there are plenty of options for those seeking to rent. In the time that I’ve lived here, it’s a nice place to live outside of mainstream Amaerica.
