Bucyrus Ohio: Close to Everywhere 4.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 28, 2018) I experienced great memories while living in Bucyrus Ohio. The city is located in Crawford County. Bucyrus is about 28 miles west of Mansfield. The town is a small suburb that is convenient to significant major cities such as Columbus Ohio, and Lake Erie. Education initiatives ar ...Read More e robustly positive. The city has high ratings on their scholastic report card. The job market is average for the city, and the cost of living is really low. The town is huge in agriculture, healthcare, and manufacturing. Major employers include Ohio Mutual Insurance Group and Avita Health System. Crime does happen, but the township has a strong law enforcement presence around the local city limits. Weather in Bucyrus is nice. It doesn't get too hot or cold.

Some of the best areas in Bucyrus Ohio surround the Crawford Park District. This area is always worthy of visiting due to the amazing sightseeing there. It is a well-groomed area that offers great activities. The town has many shopping and dining venues around and it delivers its famous Bratwurst Festival, annually in August. Read Less
