commercial, and government buildings, bustling downtown shopping district, quick and easy commute into NYC, public transportation access, and overall highly walkable and aesthetically pleasing. Keep in mind, one of few potential negatives for residents may include the overall culture/ vibe/ collective identity throughout the village; once again highly generalized but could be summarized as wealthy, exclusive, competitive, old money, etc. This obviously can also be perceived as a positive for many families/ individuals, but of course, community 'vibes' are arguably the most subjective and preferential aspects of changing residencies.
