Bothell is currently remaking its downtown core. They tore down about a mile of downtown and replaced it with new retail as well as a mix of condos and apartments. There are plenty of shopping opportunities and for even more Alderwood Mall is just six miles up the freeway in Lynnwood.

Bothell has temperate weather which I like as it never really gets too hot or cold. It has a downtown park called Bothell Landing which can be used all year long. There is a bridge you can cross to get to the Sammamish River Trail there as well which is great for walking, jogging, and biking. Read Less
