We work in Bloomington and live near town. We looked at many other areas through the USA and decided to remain here in spite of some governmental policies that are not good for Illinoisians. We love this state but typically stay downstate now, due to Chicago's crime rate. We feel safe in Bloomington-Normal and are thankful for the Bloomington Police Department!
