Beavercreek, Ohio is a Small Town Dream 4 rating By Anonymous ( Jun 12, 2015) I lived in Beavercreek Ohio for almost my entire life. I recently relocated to a larger town down south due to a job opening, that was too good to pass up. Beavercreek was my ideal small town dream. There was a mall just four miles away from my house, three grocery stores within ...Read More a mile, my mom lived a short drive of eleven and a half miles from me in Yellow Springs, and there was a park just down the street that my three kids could play at all day, without being too far from home. An absolute perfect location.

Beavercreek always had the perfect weather. No matter what was planned, is was never too hot and never too cool. Beavercreek always had ideal weather for a picnic under the trees, or just a nice stroll through the park. Although the weather is perfect, it is not the only thing that is ideal in Beavercreek. The education system is the best I have ever seen. My children almost never complained about the students or teachers in the school system. Also, the crime rate was the lowest I have ever lived in.

The only complaint I have about Beavercreek is the cost of living. It is not horribly bad, but it could be better. I paid almost a thousand dollars a month for a four bedroom two bath house. The rent is the only complaint that I have about this tremendous town.

Overall, I give Beavercreek the rating 8 out of 10. If I ever had the chance to move back to Beavercreek, I would with no questions asked. It is a beautiful town with a lot of attractions. I completely recommend you relocating to this peaceful town. Read Less
