Rated Best Small Town In America? If It's The Best, I Would Hate To See The Wors 0.5 rating By I Hate Bardstown ( Jul 21, 2016) Moved here in 2002. I wish I had known then what I know now! Rated best small town in America. Are they kidding me? Take my advice, save yourself the headache and stress and don't even consider moving here. Except for a few half way decent restaurants, there is absolutely no reas ...Read More on to put yourself or your family through this Hell. They have had several unsolved murders here over the past few years. The local city government and police force are incompetent. The local hospital is a band aid station. For a great city in Kentucky, you might want to consider Elizabethtown. A much better choice. Read Less
