Things to Do in Baker, LA 3 rating By Anonymous ( May 23, 2018) There are lots of fun things to do in Baker and the surrounding areas, so if you're planning a family vacation soon, here are some activities you and your loved ones will enjoy.

The Baton Rouge Zoo is nearby and has lots of fascinating of all sizes from around the world. You c ...Read More an also check out the Baton Rouge Raceway to see an exciting auto race or two. If you want to go out with friends in the evening, Teddy's Juke Joint has great music and food. CocoNut Willy's is another popular bar in the area, where the drinks are great and the atmosphere is casual.

Copper Mill Golf is one of the best places to enjoy a round of golf while you're in the city, and you can also check out Capitol Park Museum to learn about the history of the Baker area. The current and old Louisiana State Capitols are also minutes away. The buildings are beautiful and the sites are ideal places to learn about the people who have shaped local government. Read Less
